1. Check the email you receive immediately after purchase — it includes a direct download link for each book.
2. Sign in and go to My Library — all your books are there permanently.
All books are delivered as PDF files. PDFs work on any device — computer, phone, tablet, e-reader — without special apps. We may add EPUB support in the future.
Because books are digital and downloaded immediately, we generally don't offer refunds. However, if you experience a technical issue (file won't open, wrong book delivered), contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
At checkout, you can optionally add a tip ($1–$5 or custom). 100% of every tip goes directly to the author — LoBo Books takes nothing. It's a way to say "your work mattered to me."
Please don't. Every PDF you download is invisibly tagged with your email address. If a book is shared without permission, the author can trace it back, and your account may be suspended.
If you want to share a book, encourage your friend to buy it — that's how authors keep writing.
You keep 70% of every sale and 100% of every reader tip. LoBo Books keeps 30% of sales to cover platform costs (servers, payments, security, support).
Example: a $9.99 book sale = $6.99 to you, $3.00 to LoBo Books. A $5 tip = $5 to you, $0 to LoBo Books.
Go to the registration page, select "Sell my books as an Author," fill in your details, and verify your email. Your account is reviewed and approved within 24–48 hours.
After approval, you can upload your book — title, description, cover image, PDF — and submit it for review.
Most books are reviewed within 24–48 hours. We check that the PDF is readable, the content is original, and the listing details are accurate. If we need changes, we'll email you specifically what to fix.
Once your earnings reach $50 minimum, you can request a payout from your dashboard. Payouts are processed weekly via your chosen method (bank transfer, Zelle, MonCash, or international wire).
You'll set up your preferred payout method during onboarding.
No. You keep all rights to your book. You can sell it on Amazon, Apple Books, or anywhere else at the same time. We don't lock you in.
Every PDF a customer downloads is automatically watermarked with their email and purchase date — visibly on every page. If the book is leaked, we can identify the original buyer and take action.
While no system is 100% piracy-proof, watermarking is a strong deterrent and gives you legal evidence if you need it.
Go to the sign-in page and click "Forgot password?" — you'll receive a reset link by email within a few minutes (check spam folder).
Check your spam folder first. To prevent this in the future, add our email address to your contacts. If you still don't see anything, contact us with your account email.
Contact us from the email associated with your account and request deletion. Your account and personal data will be removed within 30 days. Any books you've purchased will remain downloadable from the email links for 30 days after deletion.
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, an industry-leading payment platform used by millions of businesses worldwide. We never see or store your full card number.
Our site uses SSL encryption (the padlock in your browser).
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay work too on supported devices.
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Stripe automatically converts to your local currency at checkout based on your card.
